Sessions can be customized to target specific body parts for rehabilitation and strengthening. We emphasize education on chronic pain prevention to help you stay injury-free. Plus, you’ll receive home exercise program videos to support your progress beyond the studio.

Our Strength Training & Rehab Sessions start with a personalized assessment to understand your needs, whether it’s injury recovery, pain management, or overall strength building. Based on this, we design a customized training plan that targets the affected area while promoting full-body strength and mobility.
