This high-intensity CrossFit class is designed specifically for women to build functional fitness through varied workouts featuring weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements. Challenge yourself, boost confidence, and join a supportive tribe of strong women!

Additional Details

  • You must book your class at-least 4hrs before the class begins.
  • Cancel the class at least 2hrs before the scheduled time if you are not attending.
  • If you book your class and missed attending, it will still be counted from your total number of classes.
  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried forward to next month.
