B2M offers dynamic lower body workouts designed to build strength, stability and endurance while promoting joint health. These sessions focus on major muscle groups, including the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves, through a combination of functional movements, resistance training, and mobility exercises.

Additional Details

  • You must book your class at-least 4hrs before the class begins.
  • Cancel the class at least 2hrs before the scheduled time if you are not attending.
  • If you book your class and missed attending, it will still be counted from your total number of classes.
