Body 2 Mind offers dynamic, full-body fitness classes designed specifically for teenagers to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and athletic coordination—all in a safe, structured, and fun environment. Tuesday: Full-Body Workouts Each session targets major muscle groups using strength training, bodyweight exercises, functional movements, and high-energy cardio. Wednesday : Stepper Workouts Fun, rhythm-based cardio using steppers to boost heart health, leg strength, and coordination—perfect for building endurance in an upbeat format. Thursday: Hip Hop Dance Fitness High-energy hip hop dance routines that improve cardiovascular fitness, rhythm, and body control—while making movement fun and expressive. Structured Warm-Up & Cool-Down Mobility-based warm-ups and guided stretches at the end of each class help prepare the body, support recovery, and reduce soreness.
